Jesus promised the disciples that when He returned to heaven He would ask the Father to send the Holy Spirit to teach them all things and remind them of everything He had taught. 

This is the same Holy Spirit we recognize as the third person of the Trinity. He’s deeply involved in our daily lives as our advocate, counselor, comforter, and teacher. He’s present in the small details of our lives, in our triumphs and difficulties. The Holy Spirit empowers us in our relationships with others and in our relationship with God.
